Mount Everest Kitchen & Grill, Vancouver

I recently tried Nepalese cuisine, and it was an exciting mix of Indian, Chinese, and local flavors. The momo, a type of dumpling, was filled with a savory combination of pork and beef. The dumplings had the perfect balance of tender, juicy filling and a soft, chewy wrapper, and they were served with a tangy, spicy dipping sauce that added an extra kick.

The curry was another standout—rich and aromatic, with the right amount of spice. The chicken was tender, and the flavorful sauce, made with cumin, coriander, and garam masala, had a comforting depth without being too heavy.

The beef biryani was also impressive. The rice was fragrant and fluffy, and the beef was cooked perfectly, absorbing all the spices. It had a nice heat to it, which paired wonderfully with a side of cooling raita.

Overall, it was a delicious fusion of flavors, with each dish offering a unique taste of Nepalese cuisine. Definitely worth trying for anyone looking for something flavorful and satisfying!
