Finally made it to Edulis after 2 years of trying to get a reservation—and it was absolutely worth the wait.

Spanish-influenced, heavily seafood-focused, and incredibly thoughtful from start to finish. Everything we had was fantastic, but the cherry pie with smoked ice milk was the standout for me. Unexpected, perfectly balanced, and easily one of the best desserts I’ve had in a while.

Definitely a meal worth waiting two years for. ✨
