Had an incredible experience at this omakase spot. The 12-piece nigiri course was perfectly paced and beautifully curated, every piece was fresh and skillfully prepared. The otoro was an absolute standout: melt-in-your-mouth texture with rich, buttery flavor that lingered in the best way. The handroll at the end was unlike anything I’ve had before, creative, texturally surprising, and a perfect finish to the meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-tier sushi with a touch of uniqueness.
