Chez Boulay – Bistro Boréal delivered one of the best brunch experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend Le Bûcheron, a perfectly seared flat iron steak paired with a sunny side-up egg, hearty poutine, and their unique fir hollandaise sauce that adds a fresh, woodsy twist. Creative, delicious, and deeply satisfying. A must-try if you’re in Québec City!
