Dining at Auberge du Pommier was a refined experience from start to finish. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between classic charm and modern sophistication. I was particularly impressed by their cocktail program—creative, beautifully presented, and expertly balanced.
The fresh oysters were a standout: impeccably shucked, briny, and delicately garnished to let their natural flavor shine. For dessert, the coffee soufflé was exceptional—light, airy, and deeply aromatic, with just the right hint of bitterness to round out the meal.
