The Parlour nails the vibe for a laid-back, late-night bite. The standout for me was the Goldmember pizza, a rich, savory combo of caramelized onion, mushroom, and gold potato. Comforting, a little indulgent, and surprisingly balanced, it’s the kind of pie you didn’t know you needed after hours.
Definitely worth a stop when the city quiets down and your appetite kicks in.
