I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Chase, a contemporary restaurant that left quite an impression! The atmosphere was sleek and modern, setting the stage for a delightful culinary experience.
The grilled octopus was absolutely fantastic—perfectly tender with just the right amount of char, and the seasoning elevated it to another level. It was definitely a standout dish. The prime sterilon was equally impressive—juicy, succulent, and cooked to perfection, offering a rich, flavorful bite with each slice.
But the real star for me was the potato pave—a must-try! The layers of thinly sliced potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside while maintaining a creamy texture inside. It was a great side dish that complemented the other offerings beautifully.
